Best For a
Good Reason

is the biography of America’s most reliable network told through a series of docu-stories. These stories were filmed as they were happening, all behind the scenes. No gimmicks, no special effects, just the raw truth of what it takes to be the best. 50+ stories that were seen over 190 million times online and on national TV.

I got the opportunity to travel across the country figuring out the best way to capture everything that Verizon engineers go through to make sure the network always works, no matter what. I directed around 10+ of these videos, some of them didn’t make it due to legal conflicts, but the ones that did got over 13 million views on youtube! Here are a few of them...

Cell Site on Stilts

This cell site was elevated 25 feet high to make sure it could withstand a 1,000-year flood, like the one faced during Hurricane Harvey.

Merit

Network certified engineers and also hazmat-certified engineers. They train by simulating hazardous events so they can stay prepared in the times where the public depends on them most.

Test House

To test how obstacles impact our signal on every floor of a home, Verizon built a multi-story house in their lab. And to make it fit, they built it sideways.
