Best for a good reason is the biography of America’s most reliable network told through a series of docu-stories. These stories were filmed as they were happening, all behind the scenes. No gimmicks, no special effects, just the raw truth of what it takes to be the best. 50+ stories that were seen over 190 million times online and on national TV.

I got the opportunity to travel across the country figuring out the best way to capture everything that Verizon engineers go through to make sure the network always works, no matter what. I directed around 10+ of these videos, some of them didn’t make it due to legal conflicts, but the ones that did got the highest views on youtube compared to all the others. Here are a few of them.

We elevated this cell site 25 feet high to make sure it could withstand a 1,000-year flood, like the one we faced during Hurricane Harvey.

Network certified engineers and also hazmat-certified engineers. We train by simulating hazardous events so we can stay prepared in the times where the public depends on us most.

To withstand extreme weather, Verizon built an extremely reliable network and switch stations. If commercial power goes down, our facilities are prepared to respond even when conditions are at their worst.

To test how obstacles impact our signal on every floor of a home, we needed to build a multi-story house in our lab. And to make it fit, we built it sideways.

Here are a few more of my favorites.
